Quality Policy

We at Star Circlips and Engineering Limited are committed to meet the customer’s needs and continually enhance customer satisfaction. We believe that quality should be imbibed in the system and not only the product and it is the responsibility of the entire organization to strive for continuous enhancement.

The Star Circlips quality system meets the latest international and national standards i.e. ISO/TS 16949: 2002.

Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used at every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure the quality of all our products.

These quality procedures are regularly audited by both internal and external auditors.

The quality policy of Star Circlips ensures continuous improvement in both product and process quality and involves all employees to the benefit of our customers.
